PRODUCTION
For this project, I was the Production Manager. In this role I led a team of creatives to pitch products that we felt best met the client's needs and catered to their target consumer. Based on the market research conducted for this project, the team focused on addressing these key factors:

PHYGITAL EXPERIENCE
In the digital age that we are in, we needed to figure out ways to create digital incentives to purchase physical products. Our solution was to creates avenues for exclusive digital content to be accessed through purchase of Yom Yom's products.

FAN INTERACTIONS
We wanted to understand ways that Yom Yom and her fans can connect. These interactions could include Yom Yom reacting for fan art and fan mail, as well as creating dance challenges for her music.

SUSTAINABILITY
Our customer values sustainable production practices. With that, we wanted to create ways to reduce waste for our production practices, which includes making the packaging apart of the play, and using already pre-existing materials and applying Yom Yom's aesthetics to it through a processed that we coined "yomfication."

YOM-CON
Another responsibility for the Production Team was curating the final showcase for our client, displaying all final assets that were created. As Production Manager, I helped organize and ideate the final experience. The team wanted to simulate a convention like experience, to illustrate how fans will interact with Yom Yom.
